HR2000 has grown steadily since 1993 and we are proud to see our efforts bearing good fruit.  While we have accomplished much over the last financial year, the sweetest achievement was perhaps seeing our efforts come together in the form of happy customers, successful collaborations with business partners and new forays in software research and development.

2007 was a particularly momentous year as we launch improved software releases, and the new launching of web-based Leave Application system. It has been said that Quality, Consistency and Reliability are the principles of world-class software. At HR2000, we have added Affordability to this equation by offering free VALUE-PACK modules and promotional discounts for selected products.

In explaining our success, I keep coming back to one basic guiding principle, which helped define what HR2000 is today - that is "FOCUS". Payroll & Human Resource systems are the vital product lines that are at the core of HR2000’s past, present and future. In those instances where the market demands products or services that we do not provide, we forged collaborations with other companies to ensure that such needs are delivered to our clients. We have learned to focus on what we do best while partnering with experts to provide additional services that are ancillary to our products.
No organization can afford to rest on its laurels. Every day offers a chance to exploit opportunities and to remedy weaknesses. At HR2000 we recognize that, and by embracing diversity, we gain new ideas and learn new ways to approach challenges. This allows us to make better business decisions that will have far-reaching and lasting benefits for everyone our business touches: our customers, our shareholders and our associates.

A strategic vision does not define a company’s success - its people do. HR2000 long ago realized that one of its most important assets was the vast knowledge base locked up in its people. Over the years, HR2000 employees learned what worked and why. Failing to tap this vast warehouse of experience would have been a lost opportunity to grow. HR2000 has worked diligently to ensure that independent thought and input from all levels of the organization are used to formalize work processes, flow and expected outcomes essential to the organization’s survival. 

As we continue to grow and expand, our commitment remains to put our customers in the centre of our universe, and to serve the needs as your trusted leader in Payroll & Human Resource management. I believe that HR2000’s prospects for growth and development are excellent. It is simply because HR2000 is on the right track when we combine a little focus, a pool of talented people, and a lot of drive.
